3DWOW Store System Product Exchange Policy
3DWOW store system supports customers to exchange purchased products free of charge, with a flexible policy based on the following conditions, principles, and regulations:
I. CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE

The original purchase receipt must be provided, the product must be in its original condition, along with any accompanying gifts (if applicable).

The request must be made within the eligible exchange period.

If 3DWOW delivers the wrong product in terms of name, function, technical specifications, or model compared to what was advertised, the customer has the right to request an exchange for the correct item.

The maximum time frame for exchange is 07 days from the date of purchase.
II. EXCHANGE PRINCIPLES

3DWOW supports exchanges for the same type of product or another product of equivalent value.

3DWOW is responsible for exchanging the product accordingly. In cases where the originally purchased product is no longer available, we will refund 100% of the product’s value.

Products can be exchanged flexibly at any store within the 3DWOW store system.

For customers who received their products via postal service, delivery, or vehicle transport, please repack the product in its original condition and send it back to our store address via the same method. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect its condition, discuss exchange eligibility, and send the replacement item. The shipping time for the exchange is equivalent to the initial delivery time.

3DWOW does not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, dislike, or personal preference.
